Osprey Engineering Solutions Ltd in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our hydraulic hose and fluid transfer branch. You will run the day-to-day operations, manage a team of counter staff, workshop technicians and mobile engineers, and drive growth by delivering fast, safe, and reliable service.

The role requires proven branch leadership, strong hydraulics knowledge or engineering background, and a track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.

Formación

• Proven experience managing a branch or depot.
• Technical knowledge of hydraulics or strong engineering background.
• Track record of meeting sales and profit targets.
• Confident in leading and developing a team.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Comfort with budgets and KPIs.
• Must have a full UK driving licence.
• Experience with mobile service operations.
• Knowledge of the South Wales market.

Responsabilidades

• Taking full ownership of branch performance, including sales targets, margins, budgets and costs.
• Leading, motivating and developing the team, including recruitment, training and performance reviews.
• Building and keeping strong relationships with key accounts, and winning new business locally.
• Overseeing the trade counter, hose assembly workshop and mobile service operation.
• Managing stock levels, purchasing and inventory accuracy.
• Planning engineer schedules to meet response times and service commitments.
