North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a cardiac physiologist in the cardiac investigations unit at University Hospital Tees. This full-time post involves working within a multi-disciplinary team across trust sites, including the Community Diagnostic Centre at Stockton.

Applicants should hold a BSc in Cardiac Physiology or equivalent and be eligible for RCCP registration; there is potential flexible hours subject to staffing.

Qualifications

• BSc in Cardiac Physiology or equivalent required.
• Eligible for RCCP registration must be met.
• Experience in NHS is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Perform a range of diagnostic cardiac investigations to aid diagnosis and treatment.
• Independently analyse and report ambulatory ECGs and Holters.
• Work with the MDT in the cardiac cath lab, including invasive angiography and device implant.
• Assist in device follow-up clinics as appropriate.
• Organise staff duties, manage workload and prioritise investigations to meet targets.
• Contribute to training and provide developmental support to other staff.
