Lendable is seeking a Fraud & Disputes Specialist to protect our credit card products and customers. You will own complex investigations end-to-end, shaping customer outcomes and reducing financial crime risk across UK and US card products.

Qualifications

• Essential: Prior experience working with credit or debit card fraud, disputes, or chargebacks.
• Advantageous: Knowledge of Mastercard rules and UK/US regulatory standards.
• Ability to navigate complex customer scenarios with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Case Ownership: Investigate and resolve complex card fraud, disputes, and chargebacks per Mastercard guidelines.
• Customer-Centric Resolution: Communicate clearly with customers, handling takeovers and scams with care.
• Operational Excellence: Use digital tools to identify trends and improve controls, workflows and automation.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on fraud typologies and regulatory changes.
