You will use garage management systems and AI tools, while delivering strong customer service and trustworthy advice. Ideal candidates may be senior technicians moving off the tools, with experience in diagnostics, service advising, or related

Qualifications

• Understanding of modern vehicle systems and repair methods.
• Ability to translate diagnostic findings into customer explanations.
• Produce accurate repair estimates and discuss options.
• Proficient with garage management systems, online repair information, AI tools, and MS Office.
• Organised, process-driven, and able to follow SOPs.
• Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication.
• Ability to convert estimates into authorised work without high-pressure tactics.

An Award Winning Independent Garage Group is looking for a Technician Sales Advisor to join their team.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a good understanding of modern vehicle systems and repair methods.
• Be able to understand diagnostic findings and translate them into clear, customer-friendly explanations.
• Produce accurate repair estimates and confidently discuss repair options with customers.
• Be confident using modern technology, including garage management systems, online repair information, AI tools and Microsoft Office.
• Be organised, process-driven and comfortable working to standard operating procedures.
• Have excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills.
• Be able to build trust with customers and confidently convert estimates into authorised work without using high-pressure sales techniques.

In return an attractive package of £45K-£50K will be offered as well as 5 day working hours with no weekends.
