Job summary

Jago Consultants is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for a franchised car dealership in the UK. You will deliver high levels of customer care, build rapport and drive CSI results while confidently promoting vehicle services and accessories.

Key duties include explaining service/repair options, estimating costs, preparing invoices, updating records and ensuring timely collection. Requirements: at least 2 years in service advisory, full driving licence and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

We are currently working with a franchised car dealership who are looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join their growing team, Our client prides itself on delivering a consistently high standard of customer care at all time.

As a Service Advisor you will ensure the highest standard of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.

In particular my client is looking for some one with strong customer service skills who has excellent customer rapport and can deliver great CSI result, along with being confident with E-VHC up-sell opportunities.

Service Advisor Duties include:
