Job summary

Hawkfield Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Sales Executive for a family-run dealership in Chichester. The role offers £18,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission with an OTE of around £65,000, and a full-time permanent contract starting ASAP.

No motor trade experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided. Based in Chichester, you will join a growing team across Hampshire and West Sussex, representing leading brands.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in car sales is an advantage, but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and strive to exceed all monthly and annual sales and product targets.
• Achieve maximum profitability on sales.
• Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve loyalty.
• Inform customers about options, accessories, extended warranty and finance facilities.
• Maintain industry-leading standards of customer care.
• Develop and maintain full knowledge of products, accessories, pricing and features.
