Our client, a prestigious franchise-approved car dealership located in Swansea, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join their team. Duties of the Car Sales Manager:

• Oversee vehicle purchasing processes and stock control
• Work closely with senior management to optimise operational efficiency and cost management
• Ensure process adherence and improve forecourt management standards

Requirements of the Car Sales Manager:

• Proven management experience within a franchise-approved car dealership, ideally with exposure to a busy brand
• A strong background in vehicle sales and finance & insurance (F&I)
• Experience managing a medium to large-sized dealership is preferable
• Recent or current experience in a sales management role is essential
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• A full UK driving license with minimal points
• Strong understanding of franchise policies, sales processes, and profitability strategies
