Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a respected franchise-approved car dealership in Cardiff for a Car Sales Manager role. You will lead a sales team to achieve high targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The role offers a £35,000 basic salary with uncapped on-target earnings above £75,000, plus an EV company car, generous holiday and staff discounts. You will shape sales strategy and drive profitability within a busy dealership.

• Strong background in Finance & Insurance (F&I).
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities of the new and used vehicle sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Formulate and implement strategies to optimise profitability from vehicle sales, finance, insurance and accessories.
• Manage vehicle purchasing, stock control, and forecourt operations.
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention through effective team leadership and personal example.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop policies and procedures that enhance dealership performance.
• Maintain high standards of process efficiency and cost control within the sales department.
• Act as a role model for dealership standards and brand representation, ensuring excellent customer experience.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a respected franchise-approved car dealership in Cardiff for the position of Car Sales Manager.

This is a strategic leadership role ideal for individuals with a proven track record in automotive sales management within a franchise environment.

The successful individual will be responsible for leading a dedicated sales team to achieve exceptional sales results and customer satisfaction.

• Basic salary of £35,000 per annum
• Uncapped on-target earnings exceeding £75,000 annually, linked to sales performance

• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
