Job summary

Snows Toyota in Sarisbury Green, Hampshire, is seeking a driven Sales Executive to identify prospects, understand customer needs, and close vehicle sales. You will guide customers through product options, arrange finance where appropriate, and ensure a seamless handover from order to delivery.

The role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission and a company car, plus full training and ongoing development within the Snows group.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail car sales preferred but not required
• Ability to build rapport and close sales
• Comfort with discussing finance options and warranties
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate suitable options and guide customers through test drives
• Agree price, payment method and financing with customers within guidelines
• Participate in training and development to achieve dealership aims
• Liaise with Sales Administration to ensure vehicle availability and orders
• Follow up deliveries with a personal call to ensure satisfaction and future business
• Plan and organise daily selling activities to generate new business
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience
