Job summary

Leominster Motors is seeking a motivated Sales Executive for Mazda and MG. You will guide customers from first enquiry to handover, with uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of £50,000+.

Previous motor trade experience is welcome, but strong sales track records in other sectors are also considered. The role involves selling vehicles, handling enquiries across channels, demos, test drives and presenting finance options, while maintaining CRM records and working to sales targets with excellent

We’re hiring: Sales Executive – Mazda & MG

Leominster Motors, Leominster

Basic salary, negotiable depending on experience, plus uncapped commission. Realistic OTE: £50,000+.

Leominster Motors is a long-established, family-owned dealership representing Mazda and MG. We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team.

You’ll guide customers through the full vehicle-buying journey, from their first enquiry and vehicle demonstration to finance options and handover. Previous automotive sales experience is welcome, but we’ll also consider people with a strong track record in retail, hospitality, telesales, estate agency or another customer-facing sales role.

What you’ll do:

• Sell new and used Mazda and MG vehicles
• Respond to enquiries in person, by phone, email and online
• Build lasting customer relationships and follow up opportunities
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Present finance and additional products in line with compliance requirementsKeep customer records up to date and maintain product knowledge
• Work towards agreed sales targets and deliver excellent customer service

What we’re looking for:

• Sales experience in a target-driven environment
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• A self-motivated, professional approach
• Good IT skills; CRM experience is an advantage
• A full UK driving licence
• Enthusiasm for the motor industry and a willingness to learn
