Perfect Placement is representing a premier Slough dealership seeking a Car Sales Executive to manage a high-volume enquiry flow and convert it into sales. You will promote new and used vehicles, with a focus on high-end part exchanges and advanced tech features.

The role offers a lucrative commission structure and strong earnings potential, with a Monday–Saturday schedule and no Sundays required. You will join a busy team in a modern dealership setting, with opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within a franchise motor trade
• Strong understanding of car sales processes and customer relationships
• Driven, dynamic and target-orientated

Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with a high volume of customer enquiries and convert these into sales
• Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term relationships with clients
• Promote and sell new and used vehicles, specialising in high-end part exchanges and advanced tech features
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to the final closing of deals
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team targets
• Assist in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and dealership presentation
