Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the motor trade.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service while assisting clients in vehicle purchases
Conduct vehicle handovers efficiently, adhering to customer timelines
Meet individual and team sales targets
Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
Assist in promoting the dealership’s range of vehicles and services
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly
Maintain accurate administrative records related to sales processes
Stay informed about product knowledge and industry updates to better serve customers
