Job summary

webuyanycar is seeking a Sales Executive in Northampton to join a fast-growing UK-wide car-buying service. The role involves driving sales, valuing vehicles, negotiating prices, and delivering outstanding customer service within a branch team.

You will work 42.5 hours weekly on a 5-on/2-off rotational shift, including weekends, with generous monthly and annual bonuses and a structured progression path. Full UK manual driving license required; experience in target-driven environments preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars and ensure the efficient running of their branches; you are the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
