Job summary

We Buy Any Car Ltd. in the UK is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join our fast-growing team. You’ll be the main contact for customers, drive car appraisals, negotiate prices and close deals, while delivering outstanding service. The role runs 42.5 hours weekly on a rotation, with weekend work and a strong bonus scheme based on performance.

No car knowledge required initially—we’ll train you. A service orientation and resilience are vital to succeed with a market-leading brand.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving license is required.
• Experience in a target-driven environment is necessary.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Good organisation and prioritisation of workload.
• Strong IT and administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure efficient branch operations; main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and targets.
• Perform appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver great customer service.
• Liaise with back office and teammates to support operations.
