Job summary

You'll work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational pattern including weekends, with a generous bonus structure and rewards. No car knowledge required—we train you to succeed and advance within a market-leading brand.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• Experience in a target-driven sales environment.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.

• Excellent administration and IT skills.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure efficient branch operations; main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to secure appointments and hit targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with back office and colleagues.
• Transport purchased vehicles to locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.
