Job summary

We Buy Any Car is hiring a Sales Executive to join our expanding network of branches across the UK. You will be the main contact for customers, drive appraisals, negotiate prices and close deals while providing outstanding service.

The role involves a 42.5-hour week on a rotating shift, weekend work, and a generous bonus scheme tied to company performance. Full UK driving license required and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience of working in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
