Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive within a franchised main dealership.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, customer-focused, and target-driven approach.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence checks).
• Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers into the showroom and engaging enquiries in person and online.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Deliver engaging vehicle presentations and test drive experiences.
• Manage the full sales process from enquiry to vehicle handover.
• Maintain regular customer contact throughout sales and pre-delivery stages.
• Aim to achieve and exceed individual sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Promote finance, insurance, warranties and add-on products where appropriate.
• Maintain showroom standards and represent the brand professionally.
