Job summary

Reactive Permanent Recruitment is recruiting for a Car Sales Executive at their Cribbs Causeway, Bristol site. The role focuses on selling prestigious new or used vehicles, with a strong emphasis on customer care and completing the buying journey.

You will work 40 hours per week Mon–Sat, with a 1-hour lunch, and benefit from a very high uncapped OTE, a company car (if £19,000pa salary taken), and a solid benefits package including pension and holidays. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Current or recent Car Sales experience ESSENTIAL.
• You must be target driven and commission led as the potential to earn VERY WELL is real.
• Strong customer service attributes and experience is a must as the reputation of the business is crucial.
• You will be organised, able to process detailed information, and committed to continually developing your product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Sell prestigious new and used vehicles at Cribbs Causeway site.
• Support customers throughout their buying journey from first contact to purchase and beyond.
• Engage with customers to identify needs and upsell vehicles and related products.

Reactive Permanent Recruitment are proud to be working with one of the region’s most successful and established car dealership groups. Due to continued growth, they seek and experienced Car Sales Executive to work from their Cribbs Causeway, Bristol site selling their highly reputable and prestigious new or used vehicles.

Car Sales Executive package/hours:

• A starting salary of £23,000 per annum
• Fully expensed company car (if £19,000pa salary taken)
• Very high uncapped OTE
• An excellent list of benefits including pension, holidays etc
• Great working environment at their prestigious Cribbs Causeway site in Bristol
• Fantastic training, development and career path
• 40 hours a week across Mon – Sat (with a 1 hour lunch)
• Day off in lieu during the week and 1 late shift per week
• Sunday working required during March and September

Experience:

• Current or recent Car Sales experience ESSENTIAL
• You must be target driven and commission led as the potential to earn VERY WELL is real
• Strong customer service attributes and experience is a must as the reputation of the business is crucial
• You will be organised, able to process detailed information, and committed to continually developing your product knowledge
• With a strong work ethic and an inspiring attitude, you will take ownership of your work and contribute to the success of your team
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points is required

Overview:

• You will be responsible for selling prestigious new cars, in addition to other services such and insurances etc
• You will support customers through every step of their buying journey from their first interaction until they purchase their new vehicle and beyond
