Job summary

Reactive Permanent Recruitment are helping a leading car dealership group in Pontypridd recruit a Car Sales Executive. You will be responsible for selling prestigious new and used vehicles, with full product training and a structured development path.

A strong focus on customer service and meeting sales targets is essential. The role offers a starting salary with high uncapped OTE and a company car, working 40 hours across Mon–Sat in a prestige location in Wales.

Qualifications

• Current or recent Car Sales experience ESSENTIAL
• You must be target driven and commission led
• Strong customer service attributes
• You will be organised, able to process detailed information, and committed to continually developing your product knowledge
• With a strong work ethic and an inspiring attitude, you will take ownership of your work and contribute to the success of your team
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points is required

Responsibilities

• Sell prestigious new cars and related services including insurances
• Support customers through every step of their buying journey
• Participate in the group’s training and development programme to gain product knowledge and sales skills

Reactive Permanent Recruitment are proud to be working with one of the region’s most successful and established car dealership groups. Due to continued growth, they seek and experienced Car Sales Executive to work from their Pontypridd site selling their highly reputable and prestigious new or used vehicles.

Car Sales Executive package/hours:

• A starting salary of £23,000 per annum
• Fully expensed company car (if £19,000pa salary taken)
• Very high uncapped OTE
• An excellent list of benefits including pension, holidays etc
• Great working environment at their prestigious Pontypridd site in Wales
• Fantastic training, development and career path
• 40 hours a week across Mon – Sat (with a 1 hour lunch)
• Day off in lieu during the week and 1 late shift per week
• Sunday working required during March and September

Experience:

• Current or recent Car Sales experience ESSENTIAL
• You must be target driven and commission led as the potential to earn VERY WELL is real
• Strong customer service attributes and experience is a must as the reputation of the business is crucial
• You will be organised, able to process detailed information, and committed to continually developing your product knowledge
• With a strong work ethic and an inspiring attitude, you will take ownership of your work and contribute to the success of your team
