Job Title: Trainee Sales Executive

Our client, a prestigious dealership in Bolton, is seeking a Trainee Sales Executive to join their busy team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and discuss their needs to recommend suitable vehicles.
2. Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.
3. Negotiate prices and incentives to facilitate sales.
4. Update customers on the progress of their orders.
5. Conduct pre-delivery inspections of vehicles before handover.
6. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a targeted sales environment is essential.
2. Full UK driving license, preferably with no more than 3 points.

Compensation:

Basic salary of £20,000 with a realistic OTE of £55,000+ once fully qualified.

Working Hours:

5-day working week, with 1 in 2 weekends off and a day off during the week.
