Job summary

Octane Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive for a flagship dealership in Slough. The role offers a £30,000 basic salary with an uncapped bonus and a realistic OTE of £55,000, plus a guaranteed commission for the first three months.

You will manage the full sales process, generate your own leads, and build lasting relationships with customers while promoting EVs and other services.

Qualifications

• Experience in a franchised motor dealership.
• Proven ability to generate own sales opportunities.
• Disciplined and capable of following a structured sales process.
• Good knowledge of motor trade products.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the car sales process from enquiry to vehicle handover.
• Generate own leads through proactive follow-up and outreach.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience to drive repeat/referral business.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity on the CRM.
