Car Sales Executive - Main Car Dealership

We are working with a main car dealership that is looking to recruit a Car Sales Executive to join their busy and thriving site, working with a reputable brand.

  1. Meet and greet customers, qualify their needs, and demonstrate vehicles accordingly.
  2. Discuss funding options and sell additional F&I products.
  3. Build and maintain your customer database.
  4. Follow a structured sales process while providing excellent customer service and building long-term rapport with customers.
  5. Maintain a professional approach and first-class people skills. Be driven and highly motivated to succeed.
  6. Demonstrate success in your current position regarding sales KPIs such as unit volume, F&I, and CSI ratings.
  7. Work collaboratively with the team to drive departmental performance and be willing to go the extra mile.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. At least 2 years of experience working as a Sales Executive within the motor industry, with a successful career record.
  2. Ability to follow a structured sales process and build strong rapport with each customer.
  3. Determination to succeed and readiness to drive performance daily.
  4. Valid UK driving license.
