A full UK driving licence and a customer-focused, self-motivated attitude are essential; English fluency required.

You will be responsible for selling prestige vehicles, providing a first-class buying experience, and maximising opportunities to upsell additional products such as extended warranties, paint protection, and finance packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure long-term client relationships.
• Maximising every sales opportunity through professional upselling of add-on products.
• Managing the sales process from initial enquiry to vehicle handover.
• Achieving and exceeding sales and upsell targets.
• Maintaining in-depth product knowledge to provide expert advice.
• Handling finance applications and explaining funding options.
• Managing follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
