Job summary

Pentagon Motor Group is hiring a Sales Consultant at our Chilwell dealership. You will talk with customers, build rapport, understand needs, and close sales while meeting targets. The role includes promoting add-ons and financing options, with training and development offered from day one.

This is a 5-day-per-week position with weekend work as part of the rota. A full UK driving licence is required, and a company vehicle is included as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a target-driven retail sales background.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills.
• Strong and effective communication skills.
• Brilliant rapport building skills.
• Motivation and drive.
• The ability to deliver a first class Customer buying experience and maximise every profit opportunity.
• An enthusiasm and passion for exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of IT Systems including Microsoft Office
• A full, UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Talk to people, build rapport, identify needs and convert opportunities into sales.
• Meet sales volume targets and maximise profit on each sale.
• Exceed customer satisfaction and promote long-term profitability for the dealership and group.
• Telephone prospecting of new and existing customers.
• Promote and sell add-ons like GAP, paint protection, service plans and warranties.
• Stay up to date with finance options, regulations and legislation to present all available options.
