Pentagon Motor Group is hiring a Sales Executive for our Derby Volkswagen dealership. You will join a target-driven team focused on delivering an outstanding customer buying experience and delivering strong results.

Applicants should have retail sales experience, superb communication, and a passion for people. Full UK driving licence is required; training and development are provided from day one, with clear progression paths within the Pentagon Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in target-driven retail sales with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain options clearly.
• Enthusiasm for exceeding targets and delivering high quality customer experience.
• Full UK driving licence is required; training provided from day one.
• Familiarity with IT systems and dealership software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Talk to customers to identify needs and turn opportunities into sales.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and maximise profitability per sale.
• Promote add-ons such as GAP, warranties, and service plans.
• Telephone prospecting of new and existing customers where applicable.
• Keep up-to-date with finance options and comply with regulations.
