Pentagon Motor Group, Derby Volkswagen, is seeking a Sales Executive to join our busy dealership team. You will talk to customers, build genuine rapport, identify needs and turn conversations into sales while delivering an outstanding buying experience.

The role is full-time, 5 days a week (weekends on a rota), with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training from Day 1. You’ll work in a target-driven environment and have the chance to develop a rewarding career within the Pentagon

Qualifications

• Retail sales background with the ability to meet targets.
• Excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willing to undergo DBS check if required.

Responsibilities

• Talk to people and build genuine rapport to identify needs and turn conversations into sales.
• Meet sales targets and maximise profit with each sale.
• Exceed customer satisfaction and promote long-term profitability for the Dealership & Group.
• Telephone prospecting to new and existing customers.
• Promote and sell add-ons such as GAP, paint protection and service plans.
• Keep up to date with current financing options regulations to present available options.
