Job summary

Pentagon Motor Group is recruiting a Sales Consultant for our Chilwell dealership. Join a team that focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will engage with customers, promote vehicle features and aftercare options, and work a 5-day rota including weekends. Training and a clear development path are provided from Day 1.

Qualifications

• Experience in target-driven retail sales with meeting targets.
• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building.
• Strong communication and rapport-building abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and IT literacy.
• Willingness to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Talk to people and build rapport to identify needs and turn opportunities into sales.
• Meet sales targets and maximise profit on each sale.
• Exceed customer satisfaction and promote long-term profitability.
• Telephone prospecting to new and existing customers.
• Promote add-ons such as GAP, paint protection, service plans and warranties.
• Stay up to date with current finance options regulations to present options.
