Arnold Clark Group in Alloa is seeking a results-driven Product Consultant with a passion for sales and customer service. The role focuses on helping customers choose the right vehicle, delivering exceptional service, and building lasting relationships throughout the sales journey.

You’ll work in a five-day week, with a commission structure and comprehensive staff benefits. Prior car sales or retail experience is valued, but energy and enthusiasm are essential.

Formación

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and adaptable.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 1 year.

Responsabilidades

• Helping customers find the right car based on their needs.
• Delivering outstanding, 5-star service to every customer.
• Building lasting relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Selling finance and servicing packages with integrity.
• Co-ordinating vehicle orders and deliveries to keep things running smoothly.
• Meet monthly sales and customer experience targets.
• Work as part of a dynamic team to hit deadlines.
