Responsibilities

• Helping customers find the right car based on their needs.
• Delivering 5-star service and going the extra mile for every customer.
• Building lasting relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Selling appropriate packages (finance to servicing) with integrity and professionalism.
• Co-ordinating order and delivery of vehicles and keeping processes smooth.
• Meet monthly sales targets and customer experience standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and keep promises.
• Maintain contact with customers to provide great aftersales experience.
