Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Clydebank is seeking a confident Sales Consultant focused on delivering exceptional customer service and sales results. You’ll be known as a Product Consultant, helping customers choose the right car and providing a seamless aftersales experience.

We offer a five‑day week, 33 days of leave, private healthcare and life assurance, plus generous staff discounts. Strong communication and energy are valued, and a full UK driving licence is required to succeed.

Qualifications

• A full driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right car, based on what they need
• Deliver outstanding, 5‑star service for every customer – going the extra mile
• Build lasting relationships with customers through every step of the sales process
• Sell the right sales package for the customer, from finance to servicing, with integrity
• Coordinate the order and delivery of vehicles and keep everything running smoothly
• Meet monthly sales and customer experience standards
• Work as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and keep promises
• Stay in touch with customers to offer a great aftersales experience
