Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Leeds is seeking an ambitious Sales Consultant (Product Consultant) for our Motorstore. The role is heavily sales-focused, with a five-day week, excellent customer service expectations and a supportive benefits package.

You’ll help customers choose the right car and guide them through finance, servicing and aftersales. All training is provided to help you thrive, with private healthcare, life assurance and generous retail discounts, plus maternity/paternity packages.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organisation and people skills.
• Bags of energy and enthusiasm.
• An understanding that being organised and remembering the little details helps us to deliver our promises and exceed expectations.
• The desire to have a career that’s lasting and fulfilling.
• A full driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Help our customers find the right car based on what they need.
• Deliver outstanding, 5-star service for every customer and go the extra mile.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Sell the right sales package for the customer, from finance to servicing.
• Coordinate the order and delivery of vehicles and keep things running smoothly.
• Meet monthly sales targets and customer experience standards.
• Work as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and keep promises.
• Stay in touch with customers to provide a great aftersales experience.
