Arnold Clark's Motorstore in Birtley is hiring a Product Consultant, a role that emphasises sales while staying true to great customer service. This isn’t a conventional suit-and-showroom job—you’ll be you, bringing energy and enthusiasm to every customer interaction and building lasting relationships throughout the process.

You'll guide customers to the right car, offer them tailored finance and servicing options, and coordinate orders and deliveries.

Qualifications

• A full driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ambitious, confident and able to work in a sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right car based on their needs.
• Deliver outstanding, 5-star service for every customer.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through the sales process.
• Sell the right sales package for the customer, including finance and servicing.
• Coordinate the order and delivery of vehicles and keep processes smooth.
• Meet monthly sales targets and customer experience standards.
• Work as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and promises.
• Stay in touch with customers to provide great aftersales experience.
