Automotive Talent Partners Ltd is recruiting a Car Sales Executive to join a reputable main dealership in Thrupp, United Kingdom. The role offers a competitive basic salary, uncapped OTE, a company car and a structured commission plan, with strong career progression in a busy retail environment.

You will handle sales of new and used cars, respond to showroom, phone and online enquiries, and build lasting relationships with customers to generate repeat business.

The Role

• Selling new and used vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Managing customer enquiries, showroom appointments, telephone leads and online enquiries.
• Building lasting relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Conducting professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Identifying customer requirements and offering suitable vehicles and finance solutions.
• Maximising sales opportunities, finance penetration and additional products.
• Maintaining effective customer follow-up, prospecting and lead management.
• Working towards achievable sales targets and dealership objectives.

About You
