Job Purpose

The role of the Car Park Host is to:

è To meet and greet all customers on their arrival, assist them with parking and direct them to the appropriate department i.e; Service reception or a member of the sales team.

è Assist with on site logistics, free up customer visiting spaces and keeping the compound & storage organised.

è To liaise between sales and service to make accessible the cars required as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

è To greet customer and assess their needs in a courteous manner.

è To accurately record and communicate customer instructions when required.

è To maintain all customer facing areas to the highest standards.

è Manoeuvre customer vehicles with in parking areas on site ensuring the disabled parking and MOT areas are used correctly.

è To liaise between the sales and service departments and to ensure all vehicles are accessible when required.

è Ensure Harwoods Health and Safety policies are complied with.

è To assist all departments in any duties required as necessary.

è To be flexible in the duties that are carried out.
