Sytner BMW Warwick is recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join the accounts team in Warwick. You will support day-to-day functions from sales and purchase ledgers to daily cash postings and bank reconciliations, helping the Dealership Accountant and Management team with ad-hoc duties.

We offer an industry-leading benefits package and a flexible working pattern across Mondays to Fridays, with occasional weekend shifts to maintain service levels.

• Previous experience and a good working knowledge of all accounting routines, including stock checks and month-end reconciliations is preferred.
• Enthusiastic, well organised, diligent, and able to work to strict deadlines.
• Able to work both as an individual and as part of a team.

As a Sytner Accounts Assistant, you will support the day to day functions of the accounts department from the sales and purchase ledgers to the daily cash postings and bank reconciliations. You will also assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team in other ad-hoc duties where required.

Sytner Accounts Assistants work a variety of flexible patterns between Mondays - Friday; however, this sometimes can include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About You

Previous experience and a good working knowledge of all accounting routines, including stock checks and month-end reconciliations is preferred. Knowledge of the CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office is not essential but would be advantageous.

Ideally, you will be enthusiastic, well organised, diligent, and able to work to strict deadlines. In addition, you will have a good attention to detail and are able to work both as an individual and as part of a team.
