Job summary

Sytner Worcester is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join the accounts department, supporting ledgers, cash postings and bank reconciliations. The role requires prior experience and a good working knowledge of accounting routines, with attention to detail in a small team.

You will work Mondays–Fridays with potential weekend shifts to maintain service levels, and may assist the Dealership Accountant and Management with ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience and a good working knowledge of all accounting routines, including stock checks and month-end reconciliations are essential.
• Knowledge of the CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office is not essential but would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support day to day functions of the accounts department from the sales and purchase ledgers to the daily cash postings and bank reconciliations.
• Assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team in other ad-hoc duties where required.
