Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations:

1. Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany — one of the most modern in Europe
2. Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil, Switzerland — known for innovative technologies
3. Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK — operational this year

Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil handles chassis development and race operations.

Position Location

This position for the Audi F1 Project is based at Sauber in Hinwil, Switzerland.

Your mission

1. Responsible for financial planning and year-end reporting of manufacturing and development costs for our Formula 1 car
2. Main point of contact for financial matters, supporting cost optimization projects
3. Weekly updates of the forecast for the Formula 1 car
4. Cost analysis of bill of materials and verification of bookings with procurement
5. Ensure compliance with FIA Financial Regulations in collaboration with the Cost-Cap team
6. Preparation of ad-hoc analyses
7. Support for make-or-buy decisions
8. Inventory management, including monitoring the inventory process, part usage, and stock from a financial perspective

Your profile

1. Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
2. At least 3 years of controlling experience, preferably in a technical business role
3. Experience in product cost calculation in manufacturing
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to handle large datasets
5. Proficiency in SAP ERP (FI/CO), advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; PowerBI a plus
6. High responsibility, independence, goal orientation, and strong business/service focus
7. Effective communication, teamwork, and proactive responsibility-taking
8. Full professional proficiency in German and English
