Audi's Entry into Formula 1

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations:

• Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany — considered one of the most modern in Europe
• Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil, Switzerland — known for innovative technologies and racing passion
• Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK — operational this year

Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis development and race operations.

Your Mission

1. Responsible for financial planning and year-end reporting of manufacturing and development costs for the Formula 1 car
2. Main contact for financial matters, supporting cost optimization projects
3. Weekly updates of the forecast for the Formula 1 car
4. Cost analysis of bill of materials and verification of bookings with procurement
5. Ensure compliance with FIA Financial Regulations in collaboration with the Cost-Cap team
6. Preparation of ad-hoc financial analyses
7. Support make-or-buy decisions
8. Manage inventory, including monitoring processes, part usage, and stock from a financial perspective

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of controlling experience, preferably in a technical business environment
• Experience in product cost calculation in manufacturing
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with large datasets
• Excellent SAP ERP (FI/CO), advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; PowerBI is a plus
• High responsibility, independence, goal orientation, and strong business and service focus
• Effective communicator, proactive team player, responsible attitude
• Fluent in German and English
