Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in highways maintenance, infrastructure, or construction
• Developed and managed project programmes for capital works
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Clear communication and effective stakeholder engagement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project planning software

Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment of project timelines with the overall programme objectives and track milestones
• Plan and allocate resources across multiple projects and identify gaps
• Prepare accurate reports and dashboards for stakeholders and senior leadership
• Identify scheduling conflicts and risks early, recommending corrective actions
• Liaise with project managers, contractors and internal teams while maintaining streetworks permits compliance
