Job summary

Nestlé Dalston is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to lead and support capital investment projects across design, procurement, installation and commissioning. You will work with Safety, Quality, Production and Engineering to deliver site improvements and asset upgrades.

You will manage budgets, procurement and contractor oversight while ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. A manufacturing mindset and continuous improvement approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering engineering projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing CapEx projects, budgets and procurement activities.
• Knowledge of CDM, PUWER, LOLER, PSSR and contractor management.
• Strong stakeholder, communication and collaboration skills.
• Leadership with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery - from concept through installation, commissioning and handover.
• Engineering & Technical Excellence - deliver solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration - work with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Safety.
• Safety & Compliance - meet legislation and site requirements; support Zero accidents.
• Start-Up & Operational Readiness - training, documentation and smooth handover to operations.
