Job summary

Nestlé Dalston, home of NESCAFÉ, is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to join our Projects team and drive capital investment initiatives on site.

In this role you will manage projects from design through installation, coordinating with Safety, Quality, Engineering and Production to deliver reliable, safe and on-time handovers. Strong stakeholder management and engineering degree are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering electrical projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of safety, health, and compliance standards (CDM/PUWER etc.).
• Strong communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery — manage capital investment projects from concept to install and handover.
• Engineering & Technical Excellence — deliver solutions that improve reliability and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration — work with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Safety teams.
• Safety & Compliance — support zero-accident goals via behavioural safety.
• Start-Up & Operational Readiness — support training, handover and documentation.
