Job summary

Merlin Entertainments’ Chessington World of Adventures Resort is seeking a Capital Projects Coordinator to join the Technical Services team and help deliver capital projects from concept through to completion. You’ll coordinate project plans, track progress and budgets, maintain documentation and prepare approval papers, while supporting tender processes and stakeholder meetings.

This permanent, full‑time role, Monday to Friday, is based at Chessington and offers hands‑on involvement with

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating capital projects or similar programmes.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting budgets and purchase orders.
• Attention to detail and structured documentation.
• Comfort working with contractors and operations teams.
• Awareness of health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project plans across the Resort capital programme.
• Monitor budgets and maintain project documentation.
• Prepare approval papers and support tender processes.
• Coordinate meetings and provide progress updates.
• Ensure compliance and governance, health & safety processes.
• Oversee site access, inductions and handover documentation.
