Job summary

Merlin's Chessington World of Adventures Resort seeks a Resource Associate to support onboarding, recruitment coordination and training across frontline teams at the Chessington site in Surrey.

You will coordinate requisitions, manage inductions, develop training plans, monitor completion, and partner with UK People Hub to ensure safety, compliance and strong employee relations, driving guest KPI improvements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR, administrative, or resource coordination role (preferred).
• Understanding of health, safety, and compliance requirements for rides is preferrable.
• Familiarity with onboarding, training, absence management and Employee Relations processes.
• Experience in recruitment coordination is an advantage.
• Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment with an ability to manage differing priorities.
• Clear and engaging communication skills for delivering inductions and training.
• Ability to problem-solve, adapt to changing priorities, and work collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site recruitment activities, including raising requisitions and tracking candidate availability.
• Develop and maintain training plans for frontline teams and monitor training completion.
• Collaborate with operational departments to ensure workforce has the appropriate skills coverage while meeting health, safety and compliance requirements.
• Lead employee performance and conduct processes in partnership with the UK People Hub and Resort Management.
