Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead the Project Management Office for CAPEX infrastructure programmes across built environment, production, and facilities sectors. Based in Birmingham, you will drive project controls, scheduling, and governance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• PMO leadership experience focusing on CAPEX infrastructure, built environment, and EPC projects.
• Proven expertise in project controls including cost management, scheduling, and risk assessment.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience in production and facilities environments and delivering physical programmes.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or APM; EPC-specific certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PMO frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for CAPEX infrastructure programmes.
• Oversee EPC project lifecycles (feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and handover).
• Establish governance structures for physical programmes, including stage-gate reviews, change control, and performance metrics.
