Job summary

E3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager for a market-leading manufacturing group in the UK. You will lead multi-million-pound CAPEX projects from scope through commissioning and handover, coordinating civil, M&E, and utilities workstreams.

The role requires strong contractor management, detailed reporting, and compliance with CDM regulations. UK-based manufacturing environment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multi-million-pound engineering, manufacturing or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil, construction and M&E project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Leading multi-million-pound engineering and CAPEX projects.
• Managing installation and commissioning of new machinery and production lines.
• Coordinating contractors, suppliers and engineering partners.
• Managing up to 50 contractors on site.
• Reporting project progress, expenditure and milestones to senior stakeholders.
