Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead the PMO for CAPEX infrastructure programmes across built environment, production, and facilities sectors. The role focuses on governance, scheduling, and risk management to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will engage with senior leadership, coordinate between engineering, procurement, construction and operations, and drive continuous improvement with lean methods and digital tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (MSc or MBA preferred).
• Experience in PMO leadership with CAPEX infrastructure, built environment, and EPC projects.
• Proven expertise in project controls: cost management, scheduling, and risk assessment.
• Experience in production and facilities environments with hands-on programme delivery.

Responsibilities

• Programme & Project Governance: Develop PMO frameworks and best practices for CAPEX infra programmes.
• Oversee EPC project lifecycles to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with business alignment.
• Establish governance structures: stage-gate reviews, change control, performance metrics.
