Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED seeks an experienced PMO Manager to lead the PMO for CAPEX infrastructure programmes across built environment, production and facilities sectors. You will drive governance, project controls, and scheduling to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement.

The role requires leadership, analytical rigor, and expertise in Primavera P6/MS Project, EVM, and KPI dashboards to support executive reporting and continuous improvement across international

Qualifications

• PMO leadership experience in CAPEX infrastructure, built environment, and EPC projects.
• Cost management, scheduling, and risk assessment expertise.
• Experience with production and facilities delivery.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or APM (or equivalent). EPC-specific certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PMO frameworks for CAPEX infrastructure programmes.
• Oversee EPC project lifecycles from feasibility to handover.
• Establish governance structures, stage-gate reviews and performance metrics.
• Lead development of project controls, including cost estimation, EVM, and CPA.
• Implement scheduling tools to monitor progress and resource allocation.
• Ensure IMS alignment with CAPEX budgets and milestones.
• Interact with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate programme risks with contingency planning.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, procurement, construction and operations.
