Job summary

AECOM is recruiting a Senior Project Controls Consultant to join our Integrated Programme Controls team in Birmingham, Manchester or London. The role focuses on managing project controls, budgets, forecasts and cost reporting across infrastructure programmes.

Applicants should have PMO experience on complex infrastructure projects, strong planning and cost engineering skills, and familiarity with Primavera P6 and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with multi-discipline project environment experience.
• Demonstrable experience in a client-facing PMO/Project Controls role.
• Strong organizational, coordination and people management skills.
• Advanced planning/scheduling, cost engineering, change control, risk and opportunity management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain cost control systems and reporting for projects and programmes.
• Manage budgets, cost capture, and variance analysis; track cash flow and cost forecasts.
• Provide dashboards and reports to support project decisions using digital tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate cost information and timely deliverables.
