Job summary

Amazon London Capacity Planning is seeking a skilled manager to drive data-driven changes across Last Mile & Middle Mile operations. You will lead cross-functional programs, design scalable processes, and deploy large-scale projects that improve reliability and cost efficiency while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will own SOPs, establish performance metrics, secure leadership support, and collaborate with ATS partners to balance speed and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Engineering, Science or Business.
• Experience in business analytics with proficiency in SQL, databases and Excel.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost operational performance.
• Establish and maintain operations metrics and report to leadership weekly.
• Document SOPs and promote best practices across the network.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to secure resources for projects.
• Own design, development, deployment and maintenance of large-scale projects.
