You’ll consider skills, availability, holidays, sickness, and success rates, identify gaps, and help fill them. You’ll collaborate with teams and clients to meet demand efficiently, share findings with senior leaders, and suggest improvements. Your proactive approach will support our growth and operational excellence.

What you’ll bring

You bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of forecasting and workforce planning. Your experience with data tools and reporting systems enables you to convert complex data into clear insights. You’re confident working with stakeholders, managing priorities, and adapting to change.
